Rented this place for my wedding reception. The day before the wedding we found out the place took out the refrigerator, which we were told we could use. The day before we were told we could decorate the hall, didn't get access til 530pm. Was told we would have a helper all day of the wedding so people could come and go. Cake people, food people and our helper was suppose to take out trash and restock bathrooms. He never showed!! We were suppose to get a full refund according to the people at the whats crackin cafe across the parking lot( same owner for both places) but now they are keeping it all. Saying there was extensive damage, funny i have pictures of the place before the wedding, same spots on the carpet!!! Please do not do business with these people, you will not get what you paid for!!! Rude and very unprofessional
