I walked into Lorikeet For the first time with a last minute request for baby onesie announcements. They were so helpful and even emailed me the final template. It made a difference that they took the time to reach out to me before completing the onesies. They saved the day for me, very professional and quality work. The onesies were perfect! I will be returning and recommend Lorikeet to anybody!

What can I say about the professional, kind, courteous, warm and caring husband and wife team at this company! Mary and Mark are simple the best! 1st me not being familiar with the area could not find the location, even with my GPS! I called Mary and she patiently gave me the simplest directions, even after I called her again because, yep I was in the parking lot but still not at the shop. I called her yet again and she kept reassuring me and guiding me directly towards the office. I was totally embarrassed but we laughed about it like we had known each other forever. She was so kind and friendly. I told her what was going on with my computer, and she explained their process and that they would contact me either way before to make sure I knew what was going on and move forward. They did that and more! It was probably the next day and Mark called to tell me everything. He explained what was wrong the best way to move forward and was just as easy to talk to like we had known each other. I had read reviews of several companies but when I read theirs I knew I was at the best place so I had to find them and I have no regrets. They made sure I got what I needed and stay within a price range I could afford. To be honest when I went to pick it up the price was even better! My computer was repaired in less than a week and he explained what was wrong with it. I am not just saying this, they really are the kindness people you could ever meet. I know for all my computer issues this is where I will be going and referring others. By the way when I went to pick it up Mark had added other features to help me and explained them to me and told me to call if I needed to. That's customer service at it's best! I appreciate you both so much! Thank you for your kindness! Red Oak, you have a gem with this company.
