Order the house of your dreams if you want to. Land/home deals. Anything is possible! They aren't pushy and allow you to make decisions without making you anxious. They work with you and keep you informed from start to finish. Very very respectful. Buying a home is never easy but buying from Red River is comfortable and exciting.

To say we are unhappy is putting it mildly. Bought a home from them. We had issues with it being delivered and the setup and tie down was done TWO WEEKS later. More than a week after that the plumber (subcontracted,not hired by us) installed the water and septic and instead of inspecting to make sure everything worked they left the water turned on which due to negligence on their part and the dealer the water heater drain was open and we have multiple walls and flooring damaged due to water leaking for DAYS before I discovered it. The electrician that was also subcontracted blew us off for a week before he finally showed up to hook up the electric but he didn't bother to call the parish up so they could inspect the electric work for Swepco to be able to do their part. We now have a home that has had water damage for a week in it and no idea when it will be repaired or even if they will do mold cleaning for the studs. Due to multiple weeks of everyone failing to do their jobs in a timely manner we have a home that is unsafe to live in, that we have to pay our first mortgage payment on next month and also pay rent because we can't move in. We don't even have a/c installed because there is no electricity running to the house. Oh and to add icing to the sh*t cake the subcontractors chose to leave their trash on our property! Food trash, water bottles both on the ground and inside our home and multiple cigarette butts one of which was obviously still lit when they threw it on the ground.
We went to Red River based on their pics on Facebook. We were so pleased with our experience. LeMont was a breath of fresh air. Honest and right upfront with everything. We went to Tilley's after just for comparison because they have so many homes. We actually sent a couple down to Red River to LeMont and told them to ask for him. Thank you so much for having such quality homes and wonderful people to deal with! If we go the direction of a manufactured home we will definitely go with Red River.
My experience with this place has been a nightmare. The salesman we had \Brad\ will put you on the back burner and leave you there. There are so many problems with my BRAND NEW house that it is nowhere near worth the price. I can literally see daylight through my walls and around my doors. It has been over a month and they havent fixed one problem. I dont recommend anyone go with this place unless you want alot of unnecessary stress.
