When you run a small business you are only as good as your technology and Redcloudtech Inc. has made my business run smoothly, especially during this COVID pandemic as everything is going digital. Nabeel and his team are AMAZING! They helped access our internet and phone connection in our office. Redcoudtech also worked on a huge video and security project for a company we know and they were very pleased! Wonderful and trustworthy tech company! Highly recommend.
Truly awful experience. I wish I had the option of giving this company 0 stars. The owner, Nabeel Soomro, advised that our current phone system was low quality and the phones he would provide would be a vast improvement. In reality, the phones he provided are of a far inferior quality than the phones we had. Nabeel Soomro promised that the phones would only be down for 20-30 minutes once installed. They were down for over 12 hours. Further, the phones were not properly set up initially, and the receptionist could not transfer calls. Calls were dropped on a near daily basis for over 3 months. Accessing the Internet would cause the phones to crash on a weekly basis, and their solution was to \unplug the phone and plug it back in.\ Nabeel Soomro and Redcloudtech failed miserably in providing the services they promised, responding on a timely basis, and resolving the matter. They took no responsibility for the hours and hours of lost productivity our firm suffered, and offered no restitution. Terrible.
Nabeel and his team are TOP NOTCH. Always up on the latest technologies and always listening to what the clients needs are. Highly recommend!!
Red cloud installed our entire camera system and did an excellent job from start to finish. Customer service, quality and professionalism were all on point! I will definitely recommend them to others or use them again in the future! Great job!
