Our family rented bikes from the store for the day to bike around the Redding trails. The staff were very personable and helpful for adjusting the bicycles. They took time to make sure we had directions and were comfortable on the bikes. We will definitely come back!

I’m from out of state and I’ve been looking for a particular pair men’s Keen casual shoe. I’ve been searching far & wide for months for this particular style of Keen. I’m visiting family in Redding California and stopped by Redding Sports, Ltd. There selection of shoes were unbelievable a good selection of a number of brands and styles. I’m the type of buyer that looks until I find the shoe I like for looks, fit, style, price is important but not the most important. I found the Keen that I liked and purchased them. But, I want to say that the customer service is second to none. The genuine interest in me as a customer was evident from the moment I stepped in the front door. The way they greeted me with a smile and a real joy to serve me as a customer at that moment. I tried on several pairs of Keen shoes. The young lady stayed with me thru the entire process. She was so willing to go back to the stockroom a number of times to get another style, size for me. I’m sure I was in this store for a good 45 minutes before I purchased. They even provided the courtesy of taking my shoes to the front counter for me, so I could continue to browse this great store. I wish I could remember the young lady and gentleman that were so helpful during my fantastic shopping experience. But even the young lady that checked me out was so kind and helpful. This is a top drawer store that I wish I did not live out of state I would most definitely be seen in this store repeatedly. Great shopping experience. Thank you
