Very helpful and attentive to start when they think they are going to bill you thousands of dollars for work...then just became completely unresponsive and never followed up on what they said they would do. I wouldn't recommend them

I recently have had to figure out a few things about my septic tank since we are adding a structure to our property. This was the third company I had called. I was getting different answers for my questions and was wondering how I was going to sort through everything I learned and find information I needed. After talking with Danny at Building Five I felt I finally had reliable information. He delivered the information clearly and concisely. He even offered to pull the information from the city regarding my parcel and email me the drawings! This will be the first company I am calling when we start construction. Thank you!

Selling our home so had to cert the septic system. Crew showed up on time and went right to work. News wasnt all good, but they were quick to respond, and very professional. Happy to work with this company.

Building Five Septic was hired by my Realtor to inspect and certify my septic system. They waited until the last minute to notify me that there was a system failure knowing that I would have to take care of it before closing, at a cost of 3000. Since the septic system was relatively new, I asked for a second opinion from another septic company. During the second inspection, it was noted that the tank was not left uncovered and taped off as it should have been, rather it was buried. The new inspector had to re-excavate the tank and noted that the lid had been broken by Building Five and a roof tile was placed over it before it was buried. The tank passed inspection, was pumped and certified. Building Five attempted to profit from a bogus failure of the septic system.
