Been a member for 6 years. The Donnelly location is the reason we signed another 5 year contract.This is the perfect location for people who want to play in the mountains and mountain lakes. Got to use new boats and snowmobiles this year. The best part however is the person who (Skyler) runs this location. He is customer service orientated. Goes above and beyond for members. Communicates and plans extremely well so pickups and drop offs go smoothly. Additionally Skyler always makes sure to the best of his ability the equipment is in working order and ready to be used. Can't say enough good things about the equipment this year and the Donnelly location.
We have been members of Redline for 9 years and love it. All the Redline representatives are always so helpful and we love the selection of toys. Ever since the McCall location opened it has made life even easier. No more towing boats up and down the hill. Skylar is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond every time and makes you feel like family.
This is a phenomenal resource for families and travelers alike. They offer memberships which allow you to pick and choose what \toys\ you can check out throughout the year, or day rentals, which are delivered in a timely manner by extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's conveniently located in Lake Fork, so you're not far from Cascade Lake or Payette!
We've been members of Redline for 6 years now and I have to say that the access to the toys they provide has allowed us as a family to make and share some incredible memories that we'll remember for a lifetime. The service is always spot on, and the addition of the office in McCall has really made pickup and drop off super easy. Shout out to Skyler at the McCall location. The level of service he provides is to be commended, and he is truly an asset to the company! Rock on Redline!!!
