Concentra conducts all of our company Urinalysis, and they are great to all of our employees. Fast, friendly service. Our only complaint is that they often lose the paperwork. We often have to have our new hires, and our randoms submit their copies to get the results completed. Hang onto your paperwork, and everything works out great. If you don’t keep your paperwork, oftentimes you will need to redo your UA’s. This probably happens with about 15% of our drug screens, and 30% of our alcohol screens.

The staff is helpful and eccentric but nice. However, it seems that management is lacking because the place is always understaffed so processes take a long time.
