No wheelchair-accessible toilet
I had 4 pieces of glass from a curio cabinet that needed to be cut. I was initially told they could it that day. I get there, nope, next week. I called several times on Wednesday and then again on Friday. No answer. I called the following Monday to hear they have been done. Yay! Picked them up, got home and all the pieces were cut different and none fit! I even left the original shelf for a pattern!!! VERY disappointed!! The only good thing is they gave me a full refund. GRRRRR!!! Will not be back!

First question asked at a windshield expert for motorhomes was who told you that you needed a new rubber seal. Guess I wasted that 500. Had it for 2 weeks and said they couldn't do it. Bad experience.
