I've used many different Regus and Spaces locations through out the USA and by far this has been the best receptionist experience I've had. Absolutely amazing people, they went out of their way to make sure we have everything we needed and helped us although they didn't really need to. I''d recommend this space for anybody who's looking for a great office renting experience in the Grand Rapids experience.

The local Regus offices have great people. The corporation as a whole is HORRIBLE!! I'd highly recommend looking at different companies....billing is an issue....our pricing has increased at an average rate of 30% year over year. I wish I could get that much of a price increase for doing absolutely NOTHING!!!

The facility is fine. The local staff is great. Regus the corporation is terrible to deal with. Whether is billing problems, or bait and switch techniques they need to fix it.

Great office and very friendly staff, however, it is very hard to find unless you know you it's on an upper story. Parking is also difficult - you need to park in a parking garage. Signage is not great either.
