Walked in for a tour of the space as I was considering renting a private office. I was greeted by a receptionist not wearing a mask and saw several other people walking around the office space without masks on. Obviously I did not continue on the tour. Corporate called to address my concerns and made excuses for why folks were not wearing masks. It seems like they're attempting to address the issue, but said its difficult to \police\ people from out of state. It is not that difficult - wear a mask or don't enter. This is not a safe environment.

Brittany is very friendly and she’ll take care of you beyond her job description. Beautiful new office spaces available. Would be perfect if parking in the area weren’t so challenging or expensive.

Pros: Great location On Location staff is very helpful Cons: Parking Regus management/billing department is ******* (insert whatever expletive you want) TLDR: I do not recommend renting w/ IWG Group/Regus. The management sucks. Details: Regus billing department consists of the slowest moving pieces of **** When it comes to refunds (retainers/billing errors) it can take months to get it back (if at all). But they will pull money from your account whenever they please without warning after your contract is over. (make sure your bank has protections against this) My account was closed after my agreement finished. Since I had paid it all upfront, I needed to get my retainer that they charged to my credit card, and 3 months billed to my card erroneously. The final balance owed to me was 1200 for rent and 900 for retainer. However, one day instead of refunds I find another 1200 missing from my account. They somehow pulled money from my bank using the information I submitted to get my retainer back. It's been 3 weeks since and every week I call and it's the same routine \we will escalate it to the billing department and give you a 24hr update.\ But nothing has been refunded so far, and never received a follow up call from billing on the status of the refund. I am being patient because they still owe me my retainer (they have till July 30th), but will have to file in claims court if this isn't resolved.

I really like Regus' product. The girls working for Regus were friendly but were really loud which is the reason for three stars. I was working on payroll and making calls, and they were not aware or considerate of that

My company was the first to lease at Regus in Santa Fe and the entire experience was a disaster. To start with, despite the fact the building was brand new, I was forced to pay a fee (35.-50) for an inspection by the fire marshal. A BRAND NEW BUILDING and the fee was to inspect my 6x9 space. The developer promised to refund it - three years later I'm still waiting. I was also overcharged 239.90, despite my disagreement with this fee. Two and a 1/2 years LATER, I'm finally getting my money back but have to wait for someone in the Philippines to process my refund. I wouldn't accept any VERBAL representation from management at this location. First to move in - first to move out. They did NOTHING to promote the property or concept while I was there. Paul G
