This was a horrible experience for me. My therapist was quite uninformed. If believe that if she wasn't afraid to touch me, I may have a better idea of how to do my body massage that can be helpful to prevent lymphedema. However, I am having to do research on my own to make sure that I am doing the massage, and the exercises correctly. Going forward if this is the only facility in network, I would pay out of network fees opposed to dealing with this office.
