The body work was completed on the car but there was some dirt left in the paint and not buffed out when I came to pick it up. The detailing clean up was not good at all. Rubbing compound everywhere inside and outside the car. I left the car and picked it up 5 hours later with everything completed satisfactory. Attention to detail is important. I have been in the automotive industry designing and building interiors for 25 years. I am probably a little more critical than most making sure things are completed as they should be. In the end things were corrected and cleaned to my satisfaction.

I give 5 stars for the sales team! They went above an beyond when buying our 2019 silverado. After purchasing the vehicle we have had several issues with the radio an headlights. Radio touchscreen quits responding after it has been on for a while and the headlights fog up do to moisture. We have taken back several times an they have yet to fix the problem. Service department is not very helpful at all. The first time we brought it back they never even documented that we had any issues on our file. Brand new truck 3,000 miles on it! So for this they get 1 star.
The Reichard family makes you feel like your in the family. The easiest new auto purchase that I have ever made. Stopped in and talked to Jeff at the Buick/GMC dealership he was very helpful finding the perfect truck for me. I ended up purchasing a Silverado at Reichard Chevrolet in Brookville. Jeff's daughter and all her sales staff were great. I would highly recommend the Reichard's dealerships for your auto purchases.
Customer service here is incredible. Kurt went above and beyond for my complete experience in the service department. One mishap was corrected the very next day, proving this business deserves all the five stars they have. Your time is valued here, as well as your business.
