My 20 year old 300ft gravel driveway with a 90 degree turn was in awful shape. It had ruts, potholes and a 50 year old, too small culvert at the end. The repair/replacement work Parkerhill did was top notch from the estimate to the finished product. The driveway was fixed to be better than when it was brand new at a fair price. I would not hesitate to call Billy & Casey to work with again.

I am SO happy I chose Parkerhill Land Management for my home project! The home I recently purchased had a very overgrown wooded area in the back and I was determined to get it cleared out and usable. Billy Hill and his son Casey were quick to respond and great at their jobs! The pricing was more than fair and their timing was excellent. My schedule was flexible and they squeezed us in a week before expected. They showed up early and got the job done right. They made sure we were satisfied with the work before departing. And actually, they were doing such good work my next door neighbor hired them on the spot for his yard! I would highly recommend Parkhill Land Management.
My driveway was a hot mess after years of erosion from rain runoff, etc. Coming home, we'd bounce around in the call as we rolled up to the house. I called Parkerhill Land Management to get a quote. They came out so quickly and provided me with a quote and an estimate on when they could come out to complete the work. The quote was very reasonable and they were even faster than expected! They are very nice and professional and did a great job. I then hired them for a second job to get rid of some bamboo in my back yard as it was taking over the place. They were (AGAIN) reasonable and timely in taking care of that. I could not be more pleased with the work they have done. I am planning to use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needed work done.

When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, I was able to meet Billy Hill on site in just a couple of days. I told him I was building a house and what exactly I needed cleared. He quoted me the best price for the job. Parkerhill Land Management LLC also built me a quality 480 foot driveway to my new house. Both the lot clearing and driveway was done very quickly and at a very good price. Parkerhill Land Management LLC also offered to do my landscaping when my house construction is complete. I am so grateful for Mr. Billy. His work truly speaks for itself. He did an amazing job transforming our land for a garage to be built on. I didnt have to worry about anything. Being a new home owner with little ones and fur babies we are trying to fix up our yard so we have a safe and fun place for everyone to play. Parkerhill did such an amazing job with our driveway!!
