Wow! My oil burner died last year at Thanksgiving and Reliable gave me the best machine for my home. They came out rather quickly and installed it. Since then, I haven't needed any service, but the oil delivery and customer service is WONDERFUL! I get my bills in an email which helps remind me to send the payment. The office is amazing. I send an email with a question, and almost immediately, I get a response. I highly recommend them. I've recommended them on FaceBook to several of my neighbors in the area too.

Reliable Heating lives up its name. I called them after the company that's been servicing my furnace for several years broke a part on it during a routine service (annual tune up) and refused to fix it unless I paid for what they broke. I refused to pay, and they left me without heat for the whole afternoon and night. It was 28 degrees outside that day and windy. I called Reliable the next day based on the recommendation of a friend, and they arrived an hour after the call. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I would have been in a very difficult situation if I hadn't found them.

Good Contractors can sometimes be difficult to find I know. I'm 70 years old and have dealt with many! I started with only using them for oil contract and annual burner service. They are great! Oil is always in the tank and unlike many previous company's I've used the boiler is completely cleaned and serviced not just a wipe down and quick in and out. I just recently had them quote out a replacement for 50 year old oil tank and 30 year old furnace. Don't waste your time getting other quotes because I did and they came in low out of 4 while quoting the same quality units not some off brand stuff.Got questions when they are installing it what that thing of a jig is just ask they will explain it all in our language not plumber lingo and don't act like you bother them. I have met both owners Rick and Antonio really great people and their employees from the office or annual service are all cooperative and extremely .knowledgeable. The job they did with new tank and furnace was done exactly on the install date they gave me and the quality and appearance of the install absolutely fantastic. When they finished you would never know they were here the basement area was spotless and no oil spots or damage anywhere truly amazing these are quite large extremely heavy awkward items. I am really happy I chose them to do my work. I get the feeling that their business profile is the same as us consumers. They want to provide top quality service at affordable prices and isn't that what we all want? They chose a Good Name RELIABLE
