Got them to come out and do an estimate for my basement renovation. They came out and took measurements a week ago. Still have yet to hear back from them. Guess they don't need the business.

Remodelers Warehouse sells very expensive vinyl flooring and will tell you how durable it is. Let me be the first to say how durable it is NOT. Just sweeping this flooring with a soft bristle broom scratches it. It’s literally coming up in corners and I’ve had to glue it back down. 10,000 floors! You have to use Nash Solutions to do your install. The Nash guy will install your floor on lopsided wood subfloor. He never once checked our foundation to make sure it was level so now our very expensive flooring is buckling. It was an issue we would have liked to address before install had we known. We didn’t know because he didn’t check it. The section that has the subfloor snaps, crackles, and pops every time we walk on it and like I said, it’s buckling so you walk over bulges. We should have gone with a more reputable company who takes pride in good work being done the RIGHT way.

Both the owner and Robin gave excellent service even though we did not make an appointment ahead of time. We did not realize that it was recommended. We went in for a small purchase and before we left, ended up making a rather large purchase because I saw something in the showroom that I fell in love with. They were happy to oblige. This was a positive, fun experience and I HIGHLY recommend this business.

From the beginning of our project to the end, it took more than 18 months to complete. First they measured our kitchen cabinet space incorrectly and after installing all the cabinets incorrectly they just left. When we arrived home, we noticed that 2 walls of cabinets were completely off center. WE had to contact THEM about it. After a significant amount of time, they “repaired” it by shifting the cabinets over and putting a plain matching panel in that empty space. Not acceptable. They eventually put in sliding spice racks in those 2 spaces. They also placed the cabinets on top of a kitchen heating/AC floor vent. It went unnoticed until we hired a home inspector to help us figure out why our house was extremely humid (emptying a large dehumidier 4x a day). The inspector discovered the large AC pipe under the house completely disconnected to anything- so we were paying to air condition our crawl space for 2 months in the summer! They came to repair that and put in a new vent quickly. But we had moisture streaks on all of our lower cabinet faces. The company came out to check and insisted it had nothing to do with the humidity they caused (we disagreed) but they eventually replaced the lower cabinet doors. It only took 18 months to complete this project.

Corbin was extremely helpful in helping us design our new kitchen. He provided suggestions in the options available which I needed. His showroom was great to see everything.
