Finally, I'm no longer drowning in cardboard boxes and old furniture. After a cross-country move, I booked Remoov to get rid of a few old furniture items. They were super responsive, easy to book, on-time, courteous, vigilant about mask use, and very quick on-site! Douglas and Pedro were amazing and went above and beyond. I'm so grateful to them for helping me out. They were a pleasure to communicate and work with. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience. I had been paying for a public storage unit since our last move 3 years ago. I stored our items planning to take care of them later. 10K in storage fees later they were still in storage! Remoov was a salvation. They came and with one pickup collected everything. Some of the items were collected for sale and the rest donation/recycle. The guys that came in were very professional and handled everything with care. Highly recommend them.

I am soooo disappointed! I had a storage unit which I had held onto for far too long, mostly because I didn't know what to do with an expensive multi-piece cherry office set. When I discovered Remoov, I thought it was too good to be true... I could empty the storage unit AND sell the office set, problem solved. I sent them the required pictures of the storage unit contents. Also Mind you, everything is piled up in my storage, so it would be hard for them to see what goes with what. When they replied with their estimate, they had part of the components for the office set in the consignment category, and part in recycle. I emailed them to correct that, telling them that the pieces were all one set. I never heard another thing about it. In preparation for the pickup, I labeled all contents in the unit as resale, recycle, and donation. On pickup day, they were on time, and very courteous. I was thrilled, despite my bill being a little higher than the estimate. But now, a few weeks later, I received an email from them showing my items for sale, which consisted of.... a vacuum! I called and spoke to a manager who told me that based on the estimate, the furniture was not going to be sold. I went through the discussion with him about my email to them discussing the furniture being all one set, and the fact that I not only emailed them, but also labeled the items. He said he would \talk to the appraisers once the corona shelter in place was over in several weeks.\ Not an \I'm sorry you're an unhappy customer\... nothing. Now I've spent over 700 to have the items junked, when a hauler would have done the same thing for me for a couple hundred bucks. Not cool.

Worst experience ever. 5 hours late, team had no moving tools, proceeded to smash our furniture that there were supposed to sell, drove away with half of our stuff left behind. Steer clear.
