Flew in from CA and came across this place on Google search. I ordered an Oat milk latte and the homemade banana bread- both were SO GOOD! Also met the owners, who were both so sweet and welcoming. Would return on my next trip!

Great staff and customer service. The sticky bun was amazing. If you like iced tea and coffee this would be the place to go. CBD products are also sold here at a great price. Atmosphere is relaxing.
I ordered a siphon coffee based on a recommendation from one of the reviews and it was one of the best coffees I've had. The shop it self is really cool and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend giving this coffee shop a try!
Pianissimo was one of my favorite coffee shops while I lived in Reno. Not only was the coffee itself great, but the addition of CBD oil lead to a perfectly relaxing atmosphere and state of mind. Also I've had all the food there. It's all good. Get the jelly.
Pianissimo CBD cafe is still open and providing heavenly food and coffee as well as prompt and friendly service! I tried a ginger spice chai tea latte and the flavor was amazing will definitely be back for the breakfast sandwiches and homemade-in-an-instantpot cheesecake _ Thank you Pianissimo for being here for Reno!

I am giving them four stars because I got stale cookies from them, that’s just gross. If you see choc dipped cookies don’t eat them cause they are probably still there. I will give them a second chance because the coffee was good. I’ll just get something else.
II'm a coffee shop junkie who's likely been to every coffee shop in Reno. Ironically, I don't drink coffee, so I look for other things. This coffee shop is my favorite in Reno. It is a local, family-owned business that has a personal touch and cozy atmosphere, a mix of baked goods made in-house and in local bakeries, and a nice variety of drink options that include coffee/tea drinks with many milk options, kombucha, and some alcohol. The prices are very good as well. Pianissimo only has a few food options for meals, but it's an especially great place to have coffee with friends or to work on your computer. It is not a very visible place but is well worth taking time to find it!
