I rented furniture in Dec 2015 and made my monthly payments although mostly late. Yes they come to your house and call your job and references when your late. And I hated that acspect of it but all in all I'm happy that I was able to work which them. Mike the manager is a nice guy and understood my circumstances and worked with me in numerous occasions. Thanks again Mike for all of your help and making this year just a tad bit better. ( you just don't understand the amount of burden you lifters off my shoulders) I would do business with them again bc the monthly payments help when you don't qualify for financing at regular furniture stores.

This is by far the worst rent to own company I've done business with. Never again.. Beware even though the service agreement is long don't go by what the sales person tells you make sure you read every word or you will be kicking yourself in the ass.
Employee was going to charge me for optional services without asking - fortunately I caught it; I had asked if the rental was the price on the tag plus tax, if there were other "hidden" costs - but he didn't answer; tried to manipulate me into renting on a monthly basis when I wanted to do weekly - attempting yet again to get more money out of me up front; was not honest up front about the delivery date; insulted me when I inquired about renting another appliance by saying, "if you can afford it". Very uncomfortable experience.
I'm giving 1 star because there's not a zero option.. Don't trust these people,they lie about everything just to make a sale..u know how that goes. They promised to deliver a bed to my house and said they didn't need no additional information,next thing you know they giving u the run around about stuff.. She even lied and said if I don't get the bed I would've got refinded..tht didn't happen.just another waste of money #highly_disappointed
Worst nightmare in visiting this store, the manager has no manners or customer service, is disrespectful and in the middle of my visit to this place he was shouting over the phone with another person. is a lack of respect and professionalism. in addition the store looks dirty and smelly. Peor pesadilla en visitar esta tienda, el gerente no tiene modales o servicio al cliente, es irrespetuoso y en el medio de mi visita a este lugar estaba gritando por teléfono con otra persona. es una falta de respeto y profesionalismo. además la tienda se ve sucia y maloliente
