I have never placed a review on here, but I think it is a good time to do so. We bought a bed here, we always went in to the store to make the payments and the guy who always attended us (Carlos) told us very excited “next week is your last payment” we owed 70 dollars the next Friday and because life happens we were not able to make it to the store on the day, which I understand that if I have a responsibility I have to do it but we couldn’t. We went in the very next day to pay the last bill but it turns out that because we didn’t pay on the day we owed them 350 extra to keep the bed! (Might I add that we payed more each time we got the bill to pay faster). Well, we hoped that maybe they would understand but very rude they told us that we had a choice, pay the 350 making it 700 or they will have to pick up the bed. At first we were great friends and at the end we were treated with great disrespect. I will not curse or act like a child but I do want to warn the people to just be careful with this company. Thank you!

Extremely disrespectful and deceptive management. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING here again. I had very valid financial setbacks due to a death in the family and was completely open and honest with them about it. In return for my honesty I was treated extremely disrespectfully and have complained to corporate about it. Steer clear at ALL COSTS. I have never been so disrespected by an employee before. Not to mention that when I asked the bottom line I was flat out lied to. Save yourself the hassle.
I recently went and bought a tv from here. After only having it for a few months, i paid it off and was offered to get something else (which was a rip off). I recently had my home broken into and they took my daughter's tablet. I went out and suprised her with one from Rent-a-center (bad idea) and after having it two months, it literally stopped working. The only thing my kid used it for was YouTube. I went back and asked about it, was never offered a warrantly and the manager there told me there is nothing she could do. I mean she made this whole speech about how it was brand new and she had one just like it. It was the best tablet. I obviously paid more than it was worth. Now i have a brand new tablet that does not work even with the reset, reboot etc. Dont go here or any rob-a-center for that matter unless you want to get lied to and robbed.
