5 years ago After I rented a laptop there n they didnt tell me the proper date I had to pay the last payment in order so I can keep the laptop, they had mention it was at the end of the month and when I went to pay it they said I was late n I couldn't have it. I never went back. I might give it a try again.

This is the worst location.. Everyone in there needs customer service training... I paid 4500 for a 65"LG tv that I have warranty on since NOV 2018.. And it stopped working.. I was told that they will give me a loaner until they fix it.. However im being charged for the loaner.. Better yet they can't find my TV.. Management nor staff is of any help. With the help of social media I have someone from a news station that hopefully will get me some answers. #StayTuned
They have been pretty understanding and willing to work with their customers, which is a major deal for me. I would recommend them to friends and family. if the need arises.
The delivery guys were two hours late, was suppose to arrive between 1-6 didn't arrive until after 8 they didn't come fully prepared ended up having to return the next day where they were late AGAIN, they told me they would return before noon they ended up returning after 4pm after they originally showed up at 2pm that day I saw them arrive from my window when i got to the front door to let them in they had already left. They don't ring the bell or knock. My husband had to call the store too get them to come back. When they put together the dresser for my bedroom they damaged it in several places we documented every crack and scratch that they did the same night it was delivered. They even left large boxes and trash from the packing in my bedroom and Living room. Tools were left behind as well. NO STARS!!
Excellent place! I shouldve made this reveiw years ago. If it wasnt for this rent a center, I'd have never gotten any of the awesome stuff I have. Very friendly and awesome staff theyve been pretty much family for me. Ive worked with them for about 7 years and Ive always been a satisfied customer. If I could give them 100 stars, I would but unfortunatley Im limited to 5. I'd recommend any of my friends to go here, I trust this place as much as I trust family

This place is horrible, if you missed even just one payment, they will not work something out with the customer, they want your money, and they want it now!
