Reserved a trailer for a day I show up and they don’t know where it is. They tried calling their other branch to see if it was there and got no answer. Also tried calling their boss still no answer. Not exactly how you run a rental business. Extremely disappointed. Turns out after driving there to pick it up at 7:30 am (like I was told by owner Matt) and a 30 minute wait, their delivery trailer was broken and they were using it to make deliveries that I would have to come back mid day to pick it up... what a s#:t show they made no phone call to me or anything to let me know the issue.
