My experience with rent one in Quincy IL, was a five star for two reasons. The manager of the store here my needs and found the items that met those needs. The second reason by far is the most important part of this review. The reason I say this is due to the fact that “the behind the scenes” employees are under valued but in this company are the last impression of the company. Which in my eyes is one of the most valued positions a company should want the best of the best. In my case, the delivery man, Dennis Smith, was that employee that went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top notch. I am confident to say the qualities, respect, & sales abilities he holds deserve a lead to management role. Was able to gauge the situation and structure himself accordingly. But when it came to business and paperwork and the customer’s satisfaction of the merchandise he was professional and ensured I understood every detail.

Dennis smith and Dennis H as well as Jeanna are wonderful to work with. Very respectful and go above and beyond to make sure there customers g he Ave a wonderful experience. They have great products and great prices as well as outstanding service. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Amazing Customer Service!! Very Satisfied!! I have a Busy schedule, but I knew that I Needed to get a tv stand. Jenna, the store manager, sent pictures of what was available in the store and she was able to help me pick out the perfect item for my living room:) The Delivery men (both named Dennis) were very courteous and professional:)

I only came to bring a friend to pay his bill. I met Jenna who told me about their sales. After looking at a couple items Jenna showed me how my choices could fit in my budget. Since I paid off my furniture purchase I felt good about picking a laptop at a descent price. The store is clean and the members make me feel like family. (I was not bribed into giving this testimonial).
i recommend Rent One for everyone. Scott handled my transaction, i had a tablet that broke 2 days after i got it from them. when i brought it back in Scott took care of me, the item i got was an upgrade from the tablet and i didnt have to pay any extra. Long story short, Scott took good care of me, and had it done fast. I definetly recommend see Scott at Rent One. thanks Scott.
