Woody was very helpful, went above and beyond to help us. Knowledgeable about everything and was helpful with suggestions when we asked. Definitely will continue to go here for all my framing needs. Prices are reasonable and the selection is almost overwhelmingly good.

I had a flawless experience. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond the norm. When I cam to pick up my order, the person who helped me wrapped my laminate well because of the downpour outside and made sure I made it to my car without issues. These people are experts at what they do and the customer service is top notch.

I've had Woody help me with three projects so far, and they have all been a spectacular experience. He is kind, down to earth, professional and very committed to doing things right. I had a print from an artists that I wanted to frame as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. The first print that was sent to me didn't turn out right. Woody is the one who pointed it out to me, after he had already framed it. I went back to the artist and was able to get a new print sent to me, however I ended up in a time crunch for his birthday. Woody went above and beyond to not only re-frame the corrected print at no additional cost, but also to make sure the job was done before my boyfriend's birthday. Woody is a gem!!!
