Rob, Daniel, and all of the crew at The Garage in Renton, You guys were our safe harbour when our engine quit while heading out for a country drive on our Saturdy date. We had no questions of what to do in an uncertain Saturday morning moment - just tow it to The Garage. Daniel, I appreciate your ongoing communication, keeping us updated and helping make decisions along the way. I felt like I had a friend, someone I could trust to help make decisions, working within my needs to reach the best outcome. Rob, I can't believe you caught the last unexpected issue late at night on the new engine and then stayed until midnight to fix it before your long weekend so I could get my car back this week. I really like this shop. I usually take my car to the dealership, but wanted to take it to a smaller shop for my 120K maintenance. Not only do they take a thorough look at your car, they send you a report with pictures of things that need repaired, so you can see exactly what they are talking about. This is the only shop, in my experience, that offers that service, and puts your mind at ease about possibly being taken advantage of. The shop was SUPER clean, everyone was nice, and I appreciated the text communication. I'll be back for some of the bigger \yellow\ repairs that were recommended. Thanks again!
I love The Garage! Daniel the service manager takes such good care of customers and I always feel like my car is in good hands there! It’s such a relief to find a garage that’s professional and honest! I highly recommend them!
