Everything good about jiu-jitsu self defense is teached and practiced here. Mark is one of the top professors you can have instructing class, very well connected to high tiers grapplers like GSP, Danaher, and he visits Renzo himself every week. Before I found this gym, I had to learn from videos online from the high level grapplers of the Renzo's team, now I'm going straight to the source. Good place to get obsessed.

This is an excellent place to train. It is very hard to find schools that teach useful skills where students train seriously, train with high intensity, and respect their fellow training partners. This is one of those places. I find the training here to be outstanding. There is great camaraderie amongst all the members of the team. It also provides a sense of home for young athletes. Seeing how several years of training turned young boys and girls into confident men and women encouraged me to enroll my own children in the academy as well.
