I would give zero stars if possible! The staff & specially the owner Nancy if unprofessional & rude to say the least! I’m not even sure where to start! We came there looking for a nanny house keeper we had a specific criteria we were looking, each girl she sent did not met our criteria, Nancy just kept saying “just try her she is great” and so I did and after it didn’t work out miss Nancy wanted an explanation on why it didn’t work with that person added with a bad attitude each time!! She has no record of those ladies that she’s sending not once did she sent me a picture ID like other agencies! I felt like she is just sending over who ever knocked on her door. We paid 700 for nothing! And got mistreated! And after confronting her about it she did nothing and continued being rude and off course we did not get our money back not even a parcel refund! My friend who referred me to this place will not refer nobody else!!!! BE AWARE!

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER 8/10/2018: First and foremost, your statements are incorrect. Nobody walked out of your office \saying bad words\. Really? Trying to demean my character now by making up lies is quite low and pathetic to be honest. To make things much clearer, I walked in your office, was NEVER even \greeted\ by your receptionists as you're claiming because looking at her phone was obviously more important to her than doing HER JOB, I informed her I was there for a meeting, was given a blank/dirty stare, and THEN I walked out of your office. Hence, my reason why I (and the many other clients who have given you the same negative reviews) have referred to your business as unprofessional. Maybe you should pay more attention to the personnel you choose to hire in your office instead of making up lies in your rebuttal comments on your bad reviews. Shameful... INITIAL REVIEW 8/9/2018 Very unprofessional staff. I walk in there for a meeting and the first thing I'm met with are rude and lazy receptionists. To say the least, I quickly departed from that office. First impressions are important and that easily showed me the kind of company that they are. Good luck to any other individuals who are unfortunate enough to deal with them...
Nancy is so nice and professional I have no complain with her or her staff she found me a good job and my experience since I meet her in 20014 it's been wonderful. Please dont pay attention to the bad comens
Best agency ever the girls are super nice and polite . This agency is very active and really get jobs good jobs not only that the treatment that they give you is good you always feel welcome and good unlike other agencies . Nancy and her stuff are super professional I’m glad I found them . Thank you robotinas for your help to get me a job . The family is amazing may god keep blessing you always
They found me an amazing job with an amazing family! It took them almost two weeks but the wait was well worth it . Patty and Nancy are super friendly to everyone . I highly recommend this office . Thank you chicas and god bless you !!
