Boat was nice & extremely fun but staff weren’t very helpful. I stood in line for 10 minutes making it obvious I was waiting to get help while some (not all) workers inside just stood around laughing with each other. It sucked I had to get an attitude to get help. Other than that, boat was fun and reasonable prices.

We rented a large pontoon boat two times during the course of one week. Make sure you add the tow tube to your order. They do not have enough tubes for every boat they rent. We forgot to add the tube on the second time renting, and were extremely disappointed that they do not have enough tubes. The boat was NOT cleaned either time we rented. We brought along garbage bags and cleaned the boat, napkins, beer cans, boxes etc. Then used our sanitizing wipes to wipe down the boat. The boat we rented was really nice.
Be careful staff are cheating! Boat was great. It was new Cobalt. We really loved this boat. But staff are dishonest. We rented this boat just for 1 hour and use it very slowly just for 30 min (my kid was scared) and 30 min just swimming in the lake. And when we returned they charged us 27 (7 gallons) for gas. We didn’t want to argue and just paid this. Next time we better rent in another place. *** After Boat team replied to my review, I have sent them 2 emails, but nobody’s responded to me )
I had a great experience working with Todd Burke, the manager of the CDA Boardwalk Marina. Todd went above and beyond in assisting me with an issue I’ve been having with a local boat rental company, and his fast and efficient service deserves to be recognized. Based off Todd’s wonderful customer service, I would highly recommend anyone use the CDA Boardwalk Marina!
This is a very convenient place to rent a boat and also inner-tube to pull behind. Life vests are also available at no additional charge. Good service too!
