Bee and her office team are amazing. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in between other customers and quickly solve my problem. Everyone there was professional and pleasant and the person manning the front desk even has a good sense of humor, which I very much appreciated. I'll happily go back again.

I knew I had hearing loss, I'm in the live production business and always in high sound volume environments. Bhama tested my hearing and then showed me the results in an easy and graphical way to understand. There was no pressure, just an honest assessment of why and how hearing aids could help my situation. I used to think of those who wear hearing aids, must be almost deaf. This isn't the case. Sure in a loud restaurant, or on show site, I would have trouble understanding what people were saying. I often resorted to quasi-lip reading. Once I was fitted with my hearing aids and they were adjusted to my preference, I was astonished to hear again, just how much I was missing. Hearing loss, I learned, is often a gradual process so we and our brains adjust to the new reality. I learned if you ignore it long enough, your brain can even lose the ability to understand the spoken word. Once that threshold is crossed you truly are deaf. The moral of the story. Don't worry about what others will think of how you look. My hearing aids, most people don't even notice, and they are surprised to know I even wear them. Do it for yourself and the ones you are close to. Believe me, I'm so glad I decided to hear what I've been missing all these years.

My recent visit allowed me to meet with the technician from the hearing aid company. She was able to expand upon the use of the app and also the proprietary use by Apple for their software, separate from the hearing aid software. It was a very beneficial visit.
