Got my blue belt here over 10 years ago. Stopped training due to starting a restaurant but have recently started training again. The experience I gained here has lasted over the 10 year hiatus and I have picked right back up where I left off. Abby and Jory are great people and they deserve all the success in the world. This is a great place to get a great workout and learn self defense. Abby is an awesome instructor for both adults and children. I have been to many gyms and training classes and believe me you will know the difference of training with Abby. She is a World Champion in Jiu Jitsu. This is the best training class my wife and I have ever attended.

Abby is an amazing teacher. Where most workout classes focus on trying to get you bikini ready and looking good she focuses on strength and being able to defend yourself. I have been to many workout classes and she always takes the time to stop and go over everything and never gets rude. She also genuinely encourages you and you can tell she means it. If you’re on the struggle bus she will modify something for you. If you have an injury she will work around it because she wants what is best for you. She truly is an amazing teacher and she truly does amazing work. I have been going for a month now and can already see a difference in my fitness level improving. If anyone wants to learn how to defend themselves AND get healthy I will always recommend this place. It also helps that she loads everything online so if you’re out of town you have access to the classes so you always get your money’s worth.

She is serious about training the kids, and yet is gentle, understanding, and fun as well. I can't recommend this place enough. All kids - boys, girls, no matter the age - should try it out.
