I would not even give this company one star. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. Adam in particular. I was talked into the vacuum. I decided to cancel because it wasn't something we could afford at this time in life. I cancelled. They NEVER returned our vacuum or the our down payment. They gave us a different used vacuum and when my husband and I were being nice and still giving their Kirby back when we didn't have to under contract (because they didn't return our property or pick up theirs within the right amount of time-as per contract), they took it anyways. This company is a HUGE scam. I wouldn't tell my worse enemy to let them through your door.

After purchasing a Kirby, we couldn't get it to work. Called the phone number but only got voice mail. Nobody ever returned our call or helped us to get the vacuum to work. So then, being within the cancellation time limit, we cancelled. A week later someone came and picked up the Kirby. She gave me written notification that our down payment refund would be mailed out within 3 days. After a month of unanswered phone calls to Rhino Distributing, we finally got our refund.

How was my experience? Terrible. They pick the worst time of day to prey upon people and then steamroller them into signing a contract that they then try to tell you is VERY difficult to get out of. They attacked our neighborhood. I would try to contact the company and complain but I truly believe that there is no point to doing that.

Takes advantage of "dropouts" and disabled older kids to sell Kirby vacuums 72 hours a week, lying and promising big money with bonuses and prizes and then not paying them.
