AdvantaClean was absolutely great to work with. I had a difficult situation, and the owner Brian worked with me on the necessary remediation to get to the best outcome for me. They were flexible with their approach and I am happy with the result. It is never fun to spend money on work like this, but I never felt like I was wasting my money. The team that worked on the house was fantastic (Josh and Matt). They showed up on time, communicated throughout the process, and were very good about cleaning up. The two supervisors were great to work with as well (Tony and Phillip). My only suggested area for improvement is the sales team/process. Responses from the sales team were a bit delayed, and I didn't feel 100% comfortable with the process/work until Phillip came out and explained everything as well. The communication from the sales side of the house seemed to be lacking. They seemed to disappear once the work began, and were a bit delayed in the required follow up after the work was done. Some of this was driven by my complicated situation and Brian did step in and made sure I got what I needed. I spoke with several other companies in this space, and have worked with another one in the past on a flooded house, and AdvantaClean would be the first place I would call if I had related issues again.
We had a great experience with AdvantaClean! The restoration was small and we obtained other bids that were quite a bit higher. I have read the high reviews from other satisfied costumers and decided to use this company. They were great from the very start. Brandon assessed the situation and within a reasonable time he sent Philip and Alberto to do the job. They were so professional and did a great job. We could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend !!
We could not be more pleased with the service and results we received from AdvantaClean. Every single step of the process was thoroughly explained and executed. Tony, Josh, Matt and Tony Jr. took such great care of our home and were so professional, trustworthy and kind.They all went above and beyond! Bryan even took our calls after hours and answered all questions we had. Extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend AdvantaClean!
