Very professional environment. Staff is great. Big bore MRI with all the bells and whistles. Head phones during the MRI were a game changer. I hate MRI treatments and being confined but they make u very comfortable and the process easy. I’ve had three MRIs and this is without question the best experience ever. Ken was my tech. Excellent.

My fiancé went here for a cat scan and the staff was very polite to us both. The waiting room is comfortable with very nice furniture. The staff explained the entire process to my fiancé and answered all his questions with patience. The office is clean and I would recommend this place.

This has got to be the most poorly operated facility. I should have followed my gut when I received my initial call to set the appointment. The girl asked “what insurance do you have”. I replied blue cross blue shield. She replied ok I’ll need to call them and get it pre-approved. She asked for no additional information in regards to my insurance numbers. I thought to myself they must not have yet taught her anything beyond making calls. Here’s the point, she had my member ID numbers etc but didn’t know what BCBS means. So I show up today for my appointment. I must say, I saw no one working efficiently. I sat there 35 minutes past my appointment time. I told I was going to leave. They replied oh they are ready now. I go back, strip down and wait another 10 minutes. They take back another lady that stripped down after me. I walk back to see what’s going on and I see staff on their phones, laughing and cutting up. My opinion, fire this team and close the boors. They are a disservice to the meaning of health care

Piss-poor customer service. Tried to force me to sign a HIPPA form that is not required by law. Got tired of trying to explain the law to the office staff so I walked out. There are lots of other medical imaging companies in the area so there is no need to settle for incompetence.

I had an MRI of my back in January, 2020. They overcharged me up front and I have been waiting for a refund ever since. It is now mid-September, I have called them 5 times through the months and have been assured I would get the refund. But, so far, nada. Just tried to call again, was told my wait time was 2 1/2 minutes... waited on hold 15 and hung up without reaching anyone. I had given my number for a call back once before but never received the call! I will never darken their door again!!!
