I'd like to recognize Mr Bill who was my service advisor. He was very attentive to details, listened to me and entered exactly what I had stated. Very professional, keen to help and courteous, ensured my car was fixed/serviced before I came to pick it up. He checked the services I had signed up and what was I covered for. I am scheduled to return in August and hoping to Bill be my service advisor again.

Bought a 2015 Jeep, not even 30 days after the purchase I got 2 codes for a misfire. Management not willing to cover the maintenance. Upon purchase of the jeep I was also told the jeep had been checked out and was “tip-top.” After taking the Jeep to an outside mechanic I found all spark plugs to be BLACK. I also found that 3 of 6 spark plugs were loose. I was also told that maybe my driving was the issue, I can’t think of anyone who is so bad at driving they can OBLITERATE spark plugs. Good buying experience, Nick was great, just be sure that the vehicle is “tip-top” to your standards before purchasing used. Never going back again
Andrew is amazing, he made the whole process so easy! He called my extended warranty for my services I was having done. He opened my car door and walked me inside. He also walked me to my car when my services were completed. I appreciated how often he asked if I had any questions because sometimes I don't have questions to later, and I like that I could text him if needed while the job was being completed. Andrew made me feel extremely comfortable. I had 3 services done and the job was completed in under 2 hours with the inside and outside of my car cleaned! I've been to other places when I had an appointment for just an oil change and it took over 4hrs. Courtesy Nissan is my new go to location. Ask for Andrew
My service advisor, Teresa Mandy, was polite, efficient and friendly! The diagnosis and service was completed quickly. The only complaint I have is how much I was charged for a simple and fast repair. Rear bulbs needed to be replaced. Just shy of 900. Really? High marks for customer service. Low marks for price gauging.
Got in a wreck and needed another car. My wife and I saw a vehicle they had in stock, we drove 40 miles to get there and they made the process quick and painless. Our salesman Howard Griffin was professional, courteous and efficient. The finance office was great as well. Got us in and out in no time. Would recommend to anyone needing a new or used car.
