The guys there are really nice! They are trustworthy and always explain things clearly so i know exactly what is going on with my car. I have no complaints at this point, they are good guys and i will stick with them.

I love the manager of this place! He is always quick to greet me at the door and always takes care of me. I've been coming here for years. I have never felt ripped off or lied to and have never been treated rudely. Everyone does a great job of explaining things to me and actually showing me where on my car things need to be fixed and why. The waiting room is clean and welcoming with complimentary cold bottled water and hot coffee.

I recommend Kwik Kar on Campbell number one they were open was searching for open repair shop then received excellent helpful timely service.
Took my car here for an inspection and the guy whom I would only assume was the manager just yells at the mechanic. I guess he messed up something on a credit card transaction but he did not deserve to be talked down to like that PERIOD. The guy was also rude to me so I can only imagine what the rest of the (Hispanic) employees go through on a day to day basis. This was totally uncalled for and I will not come back to this location because of it. Treat people the way you would like to be treated regardless of race. Austin if you don't like your job get another one. No one deserves the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I just witnessed while trying to make an honest living for their family Austin. FYI it maybe easier working on a car if you don't smoke cigarettes while you do it. I DON'T SMOKE I DON'T WANT THE SMELL IN MY VEHICLE BUT I DON'T HAVE A CHOICE ABOUT THAT NOW THANKS KWIK KAR. UPDATE MY CAR IS NOW BROKEN DOWN... WOW
Gary and his team were able to take care of me last minute near the end of the day. Was in an out within 30 minutes. Did a full inspection of my older vehicle, and was able to show me the repairs necessary unlike other car shops. Will be coming back next time
