Had a great experience with Jay and the crew when I decided to take the plunge and purchase skis. He could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. This location will definitely be our \go to\ for our bike, ski and snowboard needs in the future.

The people are ok and I got my bike fixed promptly but having to wait outside until an employee can chaperone me inside is absolutely ridiculous! They already require a mask so fine but this is hysterical at best. No other store in the area is doing this. So unless it's absolutely necessary to come here I wouldn't until they figure this out. Waiting 15 minutes to drop my bike off and another to pick it up.. outside!

Awesome job at the Richfield location. Big shoutout to Colin with service. I needed a wax and edge tube for my snowboard pretty quick and he said they were booked out for a week. He knew my case was urgent and decided to stay late a do it. Talk about going above and beyond!

This place is terrible I bought a brand new mountain bike for 5,000 dollars and obviously thought that it would be great and that I would get great service after spending that much and the sales people seem to be knowledgeable but when I got it serviced the first time they forgot to bleed the brakes and so I had to bring it back in the store and have them do it and then when I go riding I find out that they bleed the brakes wrong and that the right one was completely terrible and that they scratched the dropper post and now the brakes just squeak a lot and loud and they don’t really slow down the bike terrible service. Would not recommend going here. I will make them fix it and then I will not come back.
