The service department was amazing! I was traveling through and was having vehicle issues. They were able to work with me and get my truck in. The team was kind, efficient and effective! So very appreciated!
What can I say? These guys ROCK!!! We were having issues with the Terrain tow car. Val in the service department had it all written down for our 8 am appt. Courtesy driver Jeff got us to breakfast and back. Randy went through his diagnostic procedure, which copied mine but was much more sophisticated. Jeff took us to our RV and then came and picked us up the next day when the job was done and I feel 100% confident in the Terrain now. Travis, these guys are truly awesome!!
Took my Silverado in for apparent electrical issues, and although they didn't get it right my first time, Victor Dominguez, my service advisor promised if it wasn't right to bring it back in and they would make it right. So after more issues I took the vehicle back in and this time they diagnosed the problem. Grateful for the dedication, determination to get my vehicle repaired and so far so good! Thank you Victor.
Recently purchased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline and had outstanding experience. The service and professionalism by Chris Romero was great.
Was tranfered 3 times to service dept.no answer, after receiving voice-mail to call after truck was done. Drove over less than five min drive and both service riders were on their personal phones. Are they Paid to work or play on phone.
