Been a customer for many years. Staff are very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've purchased 2 Baby Lock sewing machines and an embroidery machine. I sew an awful lot. Their servicing of machine is awesome. I recommend everyone to them. They are the best and have never disappointed me. All Brands, you ROCK!!!!!!!

Great place. Very knowledgeable on sewing machines. Sales and repairs of all models. Staff friendly and helpful. They have classes on the machine you purchase, so they care about you being successful and happy with your new machine.

Took my brother embroidery machine in to be cleaned and oiled a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed with the customer service. After getting it home, it's the quietest I've ever not heard it. Great people, very reasonable pricing. Just took my every day Husqvarna sewing machine in today be cleaned as well. Looking forward to getting it back. I will be using them for a long time ️

My mom has been a lifelong customer of theirs, and my wife and I recently became customers too when we purchased our first embroidery machine. The staff is excellent in every facet of the word. Very helpful and thorough when answering customer questions, as well as, offer free tutorial classes when purchasing equipment from them.
