A good experience from start to finish. The estimator came when he said he would be here. After hearing what we wanted to do, he took his measurements and shared some ideas with us about the end result. The estimate and proposal was prompt and complete with price and time for delivery. Once we accepted the proposal, things happened on the expected time line. Installation was done and the site well cleaned following the work. We are well pleased.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I have used them twice before for the same problem. I have an iron fence that the welds on the gate hinges broke a number of years ago. I called them to repair it and it lasted for a year or two and broke again. So they can back and repaired it again. The work was sloppy with metal spatter that had not been ground down so they came back again to fix that. This September it broke again and so \silly me\ I called them again. The estimator came promptly and on Sept 15 provided the estimate of 750 and 4-5 week time to repair after paying a 50% deposit. They had the deposit on Sept. 21 and I waited and waited. After 6 weeks I started calling. I would be given a date and they would not show and no call. So after a few days I would call them and again they would set a date and no show. After 2 maybe 3 times I called again and was told they had come by unannounced 3 days late but could not do the repair because the estimator selected the wrong hinges. The scheduler said they would be back in 2 days to finish it and I told him it was their last chance. Well guess what - another no show. I had to fire them and I called another company. After sending a photo of the issue he gave me an estimate and repaired it in 10 days at one third the cost and the welds look like out of a textbook.
