This is in my top 2 favorite tattoo shops! They are extremely kind, super talented, clean and punctual. This upcoming tattoo will be my 3rd at this location with my artist. The other artists are exceptional, as well! It's really an all around great shop, super comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend 50 stars.

Walked in on a Saturday to get two roses on my hands with my parents intials. Absolutely blown away by Johns work and friendliness. This was the first time getting a tattoo in Virginia so I honestly had no idea where to go. After searching around for a bit, I found this spot and after John’s work, I’ll definitely return! True Tattoo is a amazing shop that everyone in Richmond should visit, I went there for my first real piece and samantha did a amazing job, her professionalism and passion about tattooing is unreal, she is beyond talented and i would recommend her to anyone. The shops environment was extremely clean and everyone working had a great attitude and kept good conversations rolling with the clients. True tattoo hooked it up and gave me a amazing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.
