I really enjoyed my first order from Baja Cocina, but recently ordered an order for pickup at a later time that day (was thinking ahead and coordinating around my driving schedule) and the food must’ve been made when I placed the order because when I picked them close to 3 hours later at my requested pickup time they were soggy and disgusting. And some of them were fish tacos and inedible because they had been sitting out for hours and wreaked of old stinky fish. Extremely unimpressed. I’m not one to write a negative review, but this deserved one. When I place an order for takeout I still expect it will be fresh and edible.

We love this place for burritos, Cesar salads, chili and quesadillas. Great quality food, friendlyand efficient workers and super clean.
Build your own tacos, burritos, bowls or order from already selected combos. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Shredded pork is my favorite and a hot sauce my some great kick. Enough different fillings to always have an enjoyable meal.
High quality tacos and the breakfast options make this great WFH option for late bfast ;)
Easily the worst tacos I've ever consumed. I've cooked better mistakes in my kitchen than what I was served here. Blackened fish taco was absolutely tasteless and NOT blackened in the slightest, just white squishy cod. Chicken taco was just boiled chicken meat in a tortilla. BOILED. CHICKEN. Literally NO seasoning, AT ALL. Unseasoned boiled chicken with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar. I wish I was joking. I've served more flavorful chicken to my dog. Speaking of dogfood, that's what their beef taco tasted like. What a horrific trifecta I've ingested for lunch. I am by no means a taco diva, but you're honestly better off making tacos at home than coming here.
