I recently purchased furniture for my office from PTI and I dealt with Brian. He was fantastic. He came to office to measure and sent me a design of the office. He was easy to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He even provided a financing company so I can take a loan to purchase the furniture. The people who came out to set up the furniture were great as well. No damage and they cleaned up after they left. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I've been following the PTI website for a few months thinking about buying some new office furniture. When my wife and I got there, Brian Matthews showed us around and he was freaking \Awesome\. So like Brian said, I'm not a salesman, but instead an educator of office furniture!!! Ok, now that's just freaking cool :-) So we looked at what we came for and Brian gave us his advise on setup configurations that really worked for us, we want to say how much we really appreciated him for that. If you're looking for new or used office furniture, PTI is the place for you!!! Their warehouse is huge and you'll definitely find what you're looking for. Shopping with PTI Office Furniture was really a great experience. Brian worked with us and was very knowledgeable about the products that they had in their showroom and they had a lot to choose from. I was really happy with the service these guys offered and the speed and accuracy of my order was amazing. They came in and set up the place so quickly. And had the brains to take out all the trash with them afterwards. I will definitely be using them again!

My wife and I searched all over for a good office furniture company and had trouble finding anyone with a decent inventory of stuff to choose from. When we came across PTI office furniture I called the store and spoke to Brian who was very polite on the phone and invited us in to take a look at their large inventory. When we got there it was a large warehouse type setting that was full of office furniture. Exactly what we were looking for. There was so many different options to choose from that we actually had trouble deciding what colors we wanted. We worked with Brian throughout the process and he guided us from the very beginning, he showed us around the floor and then sat down with us in front of their catalog and a blank piece of paper to show us the different options we could do. He hand sketched our office right there in front of us in 3D to show us what we were going to get exactly. Wonderful experience, and it didn't take long to get the furniture at all. My wife and I Linda would highly recommend.

Very nice, helpful, but don’t hover. Prices were negotiable and I think I got a pretty fair deal on two office chairs. Would recommend!
