The worst. Do not use. Missed my pickups so many times and I sent enough emails/made phone calls that eventually I got handed off to premiere service with a direct line to their corporate offices. Even with that, and the ability to reach corporate 24/7, the local people still missed pick ups. Guess they have enough business with local municipalities and businesses that they can afford to skip residential customers. For the cost they charge it definitely isn’t worth it. Use a local company like May River or Sunshine.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will not actually pick up trash, and then after canceling they try to charge you more. You get pushed around and told the other charge is for various reasons and no one calls you back. If I could give this a 0 I would. Unfortunately google is too nice. Go with jay river disposal! Local company and so nice. Quick to answer the phone and quick to help.
Great personnel
My mother received a trash can over a month ago and never got one pickup!!! We have both been lied to repeatedly and I personally called spoked to at least 5 employees and one manager and none of them has made this a priority! Disgusted by the lack of concern for their customers. Get another company and save yourself the headache
