Brought it a computer to simply replace a cracked touch screen. I bought the IDENTICAL replacement LCD directly from DELL for them to simply install. They return the compute with the new screen installed, BUT the camera no longer works AND the touch screen no longer worked. This is supposed to be a a computer repair shop, but returned my computer worse than I turned it on!!!!! Then they come up with usual BS talk like the screen probably not compatible, or even though they look the same and have the same numbers EVERYWHERE, they probably not the same. SO I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT THAT BOTH THE CAMERA AND TOUCH SCREEN DO NOT WORK?!?!?!? Do your job and troubleshoot and figure out the problem. Stay away if you have any replacement parts you need replaced and purchase through them for double the price. The worst!

Can't recommend this place enough. These guys are professional, reliable and kind. I had an SSD drive installed a year and a half ago and recently had them repair a monitor that had unclear problems. They resolved it and are very generous with many problems and connection issues. I can't thank them enough. They are a rare and cherished small business.
