About 10 years ago I left a one star review for this location. I called today and needed help and the nicest guy in the world answer the phone and was extremely helpful. It’s just as important to leave a positive review when someone goes out of their way to be kind. He definitely was above and beyond. Thanks for having a positive disposition at the telephone switchboard operator see my friend! He made my day

This is how police officer Jared S. Ock from 104 precinct parks during non emergency situations in front of DMV office and than goes to the court to prove the tickets he wrote - SHAME on the police for hiring such people!
It took me a minute to get thru but that’s ok I’m sure the precinct is more than busy. I called from the west coast to get a welfare check on my elderly Mom and officer Rosario was super helpful and kind. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.
My vehicle was impounded after being accidentally parked in front of someone's driveway. The geniuses at this precinct mislabeled it (filed it as a different model of car), and by the time I found out where it was, I was told by the guys at the yard that they sold it on Copart. Couldn't recover any of my tools or belongings from it. On top of that, the desk clerk officer was extremely sarcastic and seemed to not give a sh*t. So, they are basically thieves and completely unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Dont respond to complaints they dont answer the phone in the precinct need a new chief in that precinct
