Bought a pickup truck during their Dec 2020 Fort Worth online auction. Almost 3 mths later, still waiting on plates & title even though I paid in full with no financing. All I have is an expired tag. Is that even legal? Make sure you go see the vehicle before your buy. The online pics concealed the hail damage all over & the crack across the entire windshield and the fact that all the engine lights came on & stopped the truck barely 30mins after I left the lot. So far...horrible experience

Bad experience. I bid on, paid for, and lined up a truck to haul equipment. Then I find out they pulled the item from the sale for no reason. I think the real reason is that they did not get enough money for it. Now, they say they did not receive my wire transfer. To top it off, their 800 number system is a nightmare to navigate. Their people don't return calls. I own a business, and from time to time, there are problems. I try to resolve them quickly and professionally. Not so with these people.
Used to be personable. Too commercialized anymore. Extremely pooooooooor personal INYARD. Shuttles are still super friendly. Starting to lose the luster.
