DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Had a very expensive sequence designer gown I took in for consignment. When that dress and other items didn't sell I went in to pick up to bring home to see on my own and I was told it was probably moved to the Turlock location. Waited a couple days before them calling me saying it must have been "stolen". Like I said it was a very nice expensive item. A store that size should be watching what goes in and out of the fitting rooms, I'm not saying an employee stole it but they all loved the dress. I was offered store credit off a regular priced item at 10% off for the troubles. Obviously not spending a dime at that place. Very upset with the overall experience. Can't trust them. I know you can't prevent people from stealing, but you think they would keep a closer eye at what people are taking in the fitting rooms or walking out with. It's not a huge store so honestly no excuse. Very unprofessional.

Horrible experience at the Modesto store!!!! They sold a dress with a price tag worth more then 100 for 40 percent off their already marked price, therefore I received 13 from that sell. It was a complete rip off!!! I had several items on consignment at the Modesto store and decided it was time to pick up my clothes. I was missing a beautiful dress so I called them and they basically said they weren't responsible for any missing items. Lesson learned I will never do consignment again. Sometimes bad outcomes happen to teach us a lesson in life. In this case I will continue to DONATE my clothes to charity :-) Always try to focus on the positive.
Rude and expensive if you are a family don't bother they have 24 baby clothes and disrespectful people. Seriously don't go.
