We have researched and worked with many trainers, and Crystal and her husband are the BEST! It's very difficult to work with the \Gold standard\ of training (positive reinforcement), but in the long run (especially with other people's dogs), it's by far the best way to go, and these two are incredible at it. They are much more than a business (earning a living), they are really passionate about dogs and their well-being...it's like a wonderful, wonderful mission to them, and we trust our dogs 100% to them. Crystal Clear Canine is amazing! Their mix of online and in person training was perfect for us. I could watch videos at any time, got the support from the trainers that I needed, and loved participating in the in person classes and workshops as I could. And Novy (our dog) absolutely loves Colleen and Crystal! Thank you both for all of the amazing work you do to help our dogs and to be better dog owners!
After my first class I have seen great improvement in my puppy. Friendly staff and a good environment for teaching your k9.
Crystal has always been very kind and given me great advice when I asked her, free of charge! She is very nice and patient with all dogs. Her knowledge is extensive and it feels as if she can communicate directly and positively with all dogs! I would trust her with my dog any day!
