This was a great way to get out and enjoy the day with my favorite people. We had great weather for a kayaking trip. We got a great deal, and we took advantage of the opportunity! The hostess was wonderful, and welcoming, and they provided life jackets and kayaks and a quick lesson on how to kayak for beginners. We can't wait to make another trip here! It was the first time for my boys, but will definitely not be their last. We only had 3 kayak tips, lost a fishing pole and sunglasses, but the laughs and the experience was priceless!! Great time, and we made great memories.

We stayed in the big cabin. The place was nice and there is a fairly private back deck. It overlooks the river. Full kitchen with utensils, dishes, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There is a fire pit and chairs, also overlooking the river. I think it's for everyone but we were the only people using it, so that was nice too. Issues: ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any in the cabin. Annoying for a place that sleeps 9 and there were only 5 of us. Don't save money on toilet paper... Just leave enough for your guests! The master shower looks fancy but about a foot to short and nothing sturdy around to grab for getting in and out. Old house but could have a couple of very simple modifications to fix and avoid someone getting hurt. The coffee maker takes a full hour to brew a single pot!!! Time to upgrade! We joked about setting an alarm early to turn it on and go back to sleep. It took that long. One nasty old sponge at the sink. Website said firewood provided but then they told us to walk to the had station. Lovely place with a few little fixes and it would be amazing! The folks running it seemed a little uptight. Cleaning list or huge charge, don't touch stuff in house, etc. We went with a different kayaking company nearby. They just seemed a little more relaxed. Not bad for a chill weekend or a little partying. Would not stay for a big party weekend!

15 of us did the "Jungle Tour". It was truly an adventure on the river. Lots of laughs and commoradery. Tip overs, portaging in and around trees, class 1 rapids along with smooth sailing were all a good time. Our group had a mix of beginners and intermidate skill levels and all of us loved every minute of it and look forward to do it again..The owner Paige Olson was very helpful during the entire process from the reservation to the launch and recovery time. Paige provided good paddling tips and important safety information. Her crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience Kinni Lodge and Outfitters!

It was a beautiful August day. Why not Kayak? We called Kinni Creek Lodge and got right in. Pagie was very accommodating. Once kayak and safety overview completed. She let us enjoy the beautiful Kinni.

5 of us did the jungle tour, such a great time! A few tips: Be prepared to portage to get around trees. Just as described, it's a jungle tour! We packed a lunch and stopped to eat halfway through. We had the best time!

We needed to get the family out of the house. This kayaking trip was perfect, beautiful scenery, easygoing kayaking down the kinnickinnic river. The folks at kinni Creek Lodge are wonderful. The three hour trip was just the right amount of time. We'll definitely be back.

The kayaking and river was fun and a good family trip however everything to do with Kinni creek lodge and the staff was horrendous. The actual lodge had a disgusting “changing tent” also there is no parking despite clearly marked guest parking signs (we will get back to that in a second.) The employee who sent us of on the trip was rude and condescending. There was also a complete lack of common sense. For example after directed us to park in their “guest parking”, they proceeded to back their trailer into our car. After confronting them about the car they proceeded to deny the fact that there was a dent in the car. As well as cussing us out as we left. Everything under the control of the employees was awful while the river which is not was great. All I can say is go kayaking anywhere but kinni creek lodge
