Cory came out to check and fix our gas insert. He was prompt. He laid down plastic so floor weren't stained. He fixed the problem and explained what was not working and what he had to replace. Additionally, the service people were so responsive to our concerns. Our previous appointment was cancelled due to weather and they worked hard to schedule us in, before the cold hit HARD! I would recommend this company - hands down - as who to call for a gas insert!

Brook Black turned heartbreak into smiles. COMPLETE HOME CONCEPTS built our original fireplace in 1992. The original fireplace wore out after 28 years of service. We were told that they no longer produced the stone that we had. Our fireplace has 18 vertical feet of stone. We were originally told that we would have to replace all of the stone which would be expensive but worst of all we would lose the stone that we loved. Then Brook said that she would check to see if they could customize the Colorado Limestone that they currently produce by adding some black pigment for a nearly identical match to the stone we have on our fireplace from 1992. It worked! We also are impressed with the new firebox system that has a blower that ensures that you have beautiful flames and plenty of heat. The installation crew and stone mason were personable and conscientious. No negatives whatsoever.

Everyone was truly wonderful to work with from our salesman Brian, our stone installer James \Jimmy\ and Teddy who put in the fireplace insert. They answered our endless questions and seemed truly interested in our satisfaction with our project. Additionally, we went in just to get a fireplace insert but the stone work was so reasonable we decided to add it and so happy we did!
